18-year-old dies after being shot while on hunting trip

KALGIN ISLAND -- A teenager died after she was shot while hunting with two other people Friday, according to Alaska State Troopers.

Troopers said Hannah R. Frye, 18, was flown to Anchorage's Providence Alaska Medical Center, where she was declared dead. Her hunting companions have been interviewed, troopers said, and the investigation is still under way.
